Supporting Wellness Through Transitions: A Knowledge Exchange Forum

Our wellness forum will bring together frontline staff working with young people – come and join us!

Join us for a day that focuses on supporting wellness for young people transitioning out of foster care. Our forum will bring together frontline staff working with young people to share their knowledge, expertise and questions.

You will hear examples of the creative ways that frontline staff are using to support wellness, and the day will provide an opportunity to come together and share these practices to cross-pollinate, learn and inspire each other.

Bring your ideas

The forum is an opportunity for knowledge exchange, so we invite participants to come with their stories, experiences, and questions. More information on how you can share your ideas will be provided closer to the date. We hope that through sharing, everyone will walk away with new practice ideas to implement in their work.
