Grant Information Session - Vancouver

Vancouver Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of Fostering Change Grants for 2015. This information session will provide further details about this granting opportunity, including an overview of the initiative, application process and assessment criteria.

These grants provide funding for community-based strategies across the Lower Mainland that build capacity to support youth in-and-from foster care to find the resources and relationships they need in their transition to adulthood and connection to community.

We invite grant applications from organizations that can help improve policy, practice and community connections, leading to better outcomes for young people leaving foster care.

For further details, including grant types and eligibility information, please visit the Fostering Change Grants section of the Vancouver Foundation website.
