Fostering Change holds events and dialogues to bring the community together on the issues that matter to young people leaving foster care. Hosted by our partners and community leaders throughout Metro Vancouver, these events provide opportunities to meet new connections and explore ways to make sure that young people leaving foster care have the opportunities and support they need to thrive as adults.
